Outsourcing

We provide two types of services.

1.  The role of QA Manager to manage and maintain the system and report to senior management.  eQA experts deliver professional services at costs less than employing full or part time staff.  This arrangement greatly suits a small to medium business, start-up business or where it is not economically viable to employ a full-time QA Manager.  Our current clients benefitting from this arrangement can be assured that all their QA requirements are being met so that they can go on with the business of business.  Initially, we do a fair bit of hand-holding, but because we are QA specialists we always wash our hands, not of our clients but of complicated out-dated quality management systems.  We always remember it's QA........not rocket science!

2.  We can be your QA Manager with a team of specialists who will ensure your system is maintained to certification standards.  This is the perfect solution for the larger business who have their own QA department but need assistance or another set of eyes from time to time. 

We have been called in to assist for situation such as:

  • loss of certification
  • product and process changes
  • system streamlining (where systems have become too big and cumbersome to manage)
  • one-off tasks such as mock recalls, customer complaints or legal issues

eQA will assist QA Managers and Department Heads to run the QA system.  We work directly with your QA team, following your procedures to assist with running your system.  We can perform tasks such as internal auditing, identification and traceability exercises, mock recalls and supplier audits.  This enables your QA team to focus on the day to day runnings of your business while we assist with the maintenance of ancilliary procedures.  We do not come in heavy-handed thinking we have all the answers.  Your QA team are the experts in your system and we have always enjoyed a mutually beneficial working relationship with QA teams.
